As the copyright holder of your publication, you can make a copyright claim to Amazon to remove the listing. We can deactivate the publication from being printed in our account, but we do not have the ability to remove listings. Unfortunately, we do not have control over Amazon's system and are limited in the capacity that we can remove listings. As such, the listing is still being held active by Amazon. After reviewing our Amazon account we also found that the publication is deactivated in our account. As for your listing on Amazon, when reviewing the listing we found that there is an out of print message on the listing. We encourage you to contact our Support team again if you need access to your account, being sure the email address is a valid email address that we can contact you back. Unfortunately it seems the email address was maybe miss typed as the email did not go through. According to our records, you have contacted us and an agent did respond. If you have access to the email address, then you will be able to reset your password, if not, you can contact our customer service team and we will be more than happy to verify you are the owner of the account and assist you in regaining access. Best Wishes, Norman R. When reviewing our system, we have found that you have submitted a ticket for your sale reports and an agent has reached back out to you about the matter. For example, all sales made in January will be paid at the end of February. Paypal payments are made at the end of the each month for the previous month. Checks are paid out quarterly and Paypal is paid out monthly. As you may know, sells are paid out differently for both checks and Paypal. There can also be small delays based on the reporting data we receive from outside vendors. This is an estimated time frame as reports are ran during business hours and may not report on the 15th if the 15th lands on a holiday or weekend.
